This Privacy Policy explains how The Wonder Cub (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website and purchase our printable digital products.

Information we collect

• Email address — provided at checkout so we can deliver your download link and send order-related messages.
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card or bank details on our servers.
• Device & usage data — like most websites, basic technical information (such as browser type, pages visited, and how you interact with the page) is collected through analytics tools described below. We do not run advertising trackers.
• Browser storage — we use your browser’s local storage to remember your selection and email during checkout.

How we use your information

• To deliver your purchased files and download links.
• To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
• To process payments and help prevent fraud (via Razorpay).
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. When you pay, your information is processed under Razorpay’s terms and privacy policy (see razorpay.com/privacy). We receive confirmation of payment and your email — not your full card details.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use a small number of analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our ads. These are only turned on if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner shown on your first visit — they never run before that. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in our footer.

• Google Analytics 4 — collects usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location, using cookies. See Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Microsoft Clarity — records anonymised session behaviour (such as clicks and scrolling) to help us see how the site is used. See Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.
• Meta Pixel — helps us measure how effective our ads are and show our ads to people likely to be interested (including via lookalike audiences). When you complete a purchase, we securely send Meta a cryptographically hashed (not plain-text) version of your email address, together with the order amount, so the purchase can be matched to ad performance. None of these tools receive your card or payment details. You can also block these cookies through your browser settings at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our payment processor (Razorpay) and email delivery — and only as needed, or where required by law.

Children’s privacy

Our products are designed for children but are purchased by adults. Our website and checkout are intended for use by adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Data retention

We keep order and email records for as long as needed to provide support, keep proper records of our sales, and meet legal requirements.
